Bridal alterations
For bridal alterations, I have a tier system as outlined below. Bridal jobs are more demanding in nature due to the delicacy of the fabrics and construction, and often take multiple fittings to perfect. I like to make sure everything is completed with absolute precision for your special day, which is naturally more time consuming.

Tier 1 - $300 - $400
Includes gowns with alterations such as hemming 2 or fewer layers, or strap adjustments. For very minor jobs I am happy to waive the tier system in favour of my normal hourly charge, so please reach out if you feel like your dress falls into this category.

Tier 2 - $500 - $600
Includes gowns with some fit issues that may involve adjustments to zippers or closures, or the hemming of gowns with large or multi layered skirts.
Tier 3 - $700 - $800
This tier involves a more significant level of restructure, and may include gowns that require the tailoring of a fitted bodice, or alterations to the size, shape or style of your dress.

Tier 4 - $900+
Includes gowns with lace or bead work that needs to be reconstructed, alterations to a bodice that necessitates changes to boning, or projects that require the sourcing and matching of fabrics.

If you are unsure which tier your gown may fall into or have any other queries please get in touch!

Bespoke pieces

Creating things from scratch is a truly gratifying experience from an craftsperson's point of view, and means that the client walks away with something unique and tailored specifically to them. I draft all of my patterns by hand, to order for the individual client, ensuring a one-of-a-kind product in every aspect and detail. I will walk you through the process including design, fabric selection, fit and finish and, together, we can create the best possible version of your vision.

For bespoke pieces I take a $100 or 10% deposit (whichever sum is greater), deductible from your total, for the purchase of materials and supplies.
